Jeremy Johnson is a Cincinnati based artistic taxidermist. His scope in the medium is quite diverse and includes custom film props, museum exhibits, pet preservation and public workshops. For the past 10 years, Jeremy has headed Meddling with Nature, an organization that endeavors to connect the science and art of naturalism to the general public. Jeremy believes in direct engagement, inviting students to learn through experimentation by touching with their own hands and seeing with their own eyes. Jeremy currently lives in Covington, KY and is also developing a new organizational branch in Toronto Canada. He will also be teaching a course on Taxidermy at the Art Academy of Cincinnati this fall.
